Text Message Terms

The program

Morgan Software LLC sends text messages to people who ask for them. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:

• Replies about your request. When you check "Text me about this request" on our contact form, or text us first, we text you back about your quote, project, appointment or support question. How often depends on the conversation.
• Tips and offers. When you check "Also send me recurring automated marketing texts", we send you recurring automated marketing messages: website and business tips and offers from Morgan Software, up to 4 messages a month.

You do not have to agree to texts to buy anything from us.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one text confirming that you have opted out and will not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply START to opt back in.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
