Privacy Policy

Morgan Software LLC ("Morgan Software", "we", "us") is a Louisiana limited liability company in Church Point, Louisiana. This policy covers morgansoftware.dev and the messages we send you. It does not cover the websites or apps we build for our clients; each client's own policy covers those.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business, phone number, email, current website and anything else you tell us.
- Text message consent: whether you checked a box to receive texts, the exact wording you agreed to, the page, the date and time, and your IP address and browser. We keep this as a record of your consent.
- Messages: texts and emails you send us, and our replies.
- Visit counts: our site counts visits without cookies. It stores one small marker in your browser so a visit is only counted once a day. It does not identify you.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, to provide services you ask for, to send texts or emails you agreed to receive, and to keep records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us, and only to deliver them.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Text Message Terms.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that run our systems: Twilio (text messages and calls), Supabase (our database), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email). They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records while we are working with you and for as long as needed for our records. We keep consent records at least five years, because the law allows claims about texts for up to four years. You can ask us to delete your information. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
